For additional nights, please use Nightly Rate, which is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 5 ( we do not like to break up full weeks, but we will on a case-by-case basis, per this formula). All extra nights during Holiday Weeks are $700 each night.
Huge Savings apply on MONTHLY rental rates SEPTEMBER or OCTOBER 2012 so if you are looking for an EXTENDED vacation in ARUBA in 2012 those are your best times.. Call or email for availability and a quote on your required extended booking dates, and do it as soon as possible because once we have weekly bookings during those months a monthly or longer rental is no longer possible.
Reservation & Cancellation policy:
A wire transfer, electronic banking deposit (online account to our online account in the USA), or credit card will confirm your reservation. If booking 120 days or more in advance, personal checks are accepted through the mail as well.
All reservations are "FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED". Frequently, we get simultaneous requests for the same popular booking periods. Regardless of the chronological order of the inquiry, its the first party to make the deposit payment who gets the requested dates guaranteed.
A fee equal to 30% of your total stay must be deposited in advance in order to secure your reservation, If six weeks or less before the check-in date-payment must be in full.
Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date will be charged 15% of the total as a rental administration fee.
Cancellation between 8 weeks and two weeks of the arrival date will forfeit 30%. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the registration date forfeits 100% of the fee, unless rebooking to another available week within 30 days of original booking date.
For Christmas, New Year's or Presidents weeks, cancellation within 60 days of check-in forfeits 100% of the fee.

Once we have registered your deposit, full instructions for final funds payoff (60 days before check in) by personal check or e check bank to bank transfer, check in , local property manager contact information and the rental intake forms will be promptly emailed to you.
